About Product Labs
We built the core tools at Amazon. We’ve generated results over five years at Product Labs. We can do it for you.
The architects of eCommerce
Product Labs was born over 5 years ago when Brad and Tim left senior positions at Amazon as key architects behind Amazon’s Seller Central and the Third Party Fulfillment Network. Recognizing early on the enormous shift in consumer online shopping behavior they channeled their entrepreneurial passion and eCommerce expertise into the foundation of today’s Product Labs.
Five years later, having managed 500+ brands, half a billion dollars of global Amazon GMV, and 100,000+ ASINs, Product Labs is uniquely positioned with the team, technology, and experience to capitalize on the explosive growth on Amazon.
How we do it
Our proprietary technology platform maps to the impossibly complex architecture of eCommerce. This includes advanced data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment that connects actionable data insights to macro strategy.
We don’t just report the numbers. The Product Labs platform is valuable because it is architected to understand at a fundamental level the drivers of the numbers. With this deeper comprehension we can not just drive sales but predict demand, connect target products to target audiences, optimize for market whitespace, and be prepared for future opportunities. We’ve done it at the biggest corporation in the world; we can do it for you.

Brad has 19 years of experience across the entertainment, finance, and eCommerce industries and the driving force behind his success has always been innovation. Brad founded Product Labs in 2015 after several years at Amazon as a Business Leader overseeing The Amazon Seller Central Platform and Mobile Platform.
Brad believes that to innovate isn’t enough, but it takes hard work and sacrifice to truly change. He uses endurance athletics to stay grounded and remind himself that limits are to be overcome in work and life.
Service to his community and family are also passions for Brad. From hospital settings to ESL instruction, humanitarian aid, and monthly community events Brad enjoys supporting those around him. And most of the time, he brings his kids along to ‘share the love’.

As a deeply experienced People Operations maven, Jen has spent decades nurturing careers and developing organizational culture. She thrives in environments of rapid growth, both in terms of headcount and financial metrics, and is driven by the challenge of building.
Jen was drawn to Product Labs by the quality of people involved and the foundational priority of building a culture of personal and professional fulfillment. She brings a wealth of experience building People Operations functions in Austin’s technology market including at companies focused on connecting professionals with organizations, consumers with relevant media, and brands with qualified consumers. (The theme of “making human connections” isn’t an accident.)
As her background suggests the only thing Jen’s not interested in is sitting still. So it’s no surprise that her personal time is spent focusing on healthy living (former marathoner, Spartan and CrossFit coach) and self-develoment. Jen most enjoys family time with her teenagers traveling, getting outdoors and attending all their sports events.
